Job responsibilities
The Warehouse Clerk (Shipping & Receiving) ships, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

What you will Do:
- Ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP/PPE/safety, SQF, HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.
- Schedule all inbound loads delivering, check in drivers and assign dock door. Post inbound schedule for warehouse receivers. Adjust UOM variances for loads received.
- Separate and file all packing lists for raw product and packing supplies. Receive pallet, temp tail, and freight lines on the P.O.
- Enter requisitions needed (MHS, iGPS, Chep, Temp tale, etc.) and coordinate pick-ups for recycling, IFCO racks, broken pallets, and iGPS.
- Move product accepted by Quality to stock. Maintain stock for non-inventory items.
- Update R7R, KPI, and Warehouse Scorecard.
- Communicate all shorts and BOL discrepancies to Demand Planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired qualifications:
What you will Need:
- GED/High School Diploma; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Forklift certification.
- The ability to read,, write and speak English is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel).
- Knowledge of GMPs & safety guidelines.
- Good customer service/telephone skills.
- The ability to:
- Work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Frequently bend and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Be crossed trained and multitask in multiple positions.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24-hour plant environment (limited exposure). Quick question for you - click here
