Job responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Analyst, you are considered an experienced professional in the supply chain planning space with comprehensive and thorough knowledge to use under some oversight in conducting moderately complex activities. You are responsible for coordinating multiple products and operational planning sites with medium impact on working capital and medium-short term outlook. These include supply chain planning, production planning, and process development; internal customer and stakeholder interaction; systems/data management, reporting and analysis; people talent; continuous improvement in the development of planning and support; inventory management of finished goods and taking part in capacity planning improvement initiatives.
Work schedule -- You will work 5 days from 6:00AM - 3:00PM with 2 days, in general, off - 1 weekend day and 1 weekday. Some work, such as answering emails and coordinating key activities, may be required outside of your standard hours to meet organizational and supply chain requirements. Additional coverage will be required beyond 5 days of work on an as-needed basis in situations/exceptions during the year to meet demands. You may be able to work from home up to 2 days per week with leadership approval (days would be consistent), but must have the flexibility to work in the office whenever needed.

What you will do:
- Monitor and manage capacity of inventory in relation to demand of customer orders for multiple products or sites.
- With some oversight, you will set stock levels and monitor inventory health for multiple products or sites, along with managing the shelf life of the products.
- Identify and monitor forecast accuracy and resolve forecast-related issues with the local forecasting team.
- Optimize order portfolio and capacity of multiple products or sites with medium-short term outlook-- MTP (mid-term plan) owner.
- Hold responsibility for the inventory and material resources monitoring and balancing production planning to availability and business changes (control stock positions vs orders).
- Plan against sales volumes and determine operational requirements (control orders execution vs forecast and contracts).
- Responsible for the production scheduling (follow up on MTP plan execution on production scheduling level) and sales and operations planning.
- Apply supply chain planning practices and procedures to identify areas of improvement.
- Responsible for user training and benchmarking for supply chain planning applications and tools (e.g. JDE, Stock management tools, Forecasting Tool, Production planning tools).

- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field. Quick question for you - click here
- Functional expertise and knowledge of ERP software -- JDE, SAP, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite.
- Good understanding of production and operational processes -- academic or work experience-based.
- Team player with the ability to lead projects and initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude; dependable, honest, and thorough
- Ability to work weekends, as required.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
What you will need (desired qualifications):
- 2 years of work experience in a supply chain or business role; Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.
- Some supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management APICS (CPIM APICS) preferred.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of tools and systems supporting Supply Planning processes (e.g. JDE, Oracle Tools, supply chain design tools).
- A passion for learning.
- Inventory management background is a plus.
- A versatile, energetic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, who is cautiously assertive.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
