Job responsibilities
Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking a Recruiter who will bring exceptional talent to join its group of extraordinary professionals and play a key Human Resources role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temporary position with the potential to become regular employment. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to ensure strong employee engagement for each new hire from day 1.

What you will Do:
- Drive recruiting efforts, including external hiring, temp conversions, onboarding, and orientation.
- Contribute to the entire recruiting cycle, from recruiter phone screens to coordinating I-9s and other documentation to offer extension.
- Provide hiring managers the critical information they need to hire the best talent for our team.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain ATS data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. Quick question for you - click here
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
- Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process.
- Support HR team on special projects and provide necessary data or support needed for the success of the project.
- Build and maintain relationships with other recruiters and HR Reps in other plants and leverage best practices across plants.
- Support Senior HR Rep (when needed) on all KPI/Reports on a weekly/monthly basis including Headcount, Turnover, Demographics, and any other critical HR data.

Desired qualifications:
What you will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience is required.
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution center environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
- A self-starter approach and the ability to organize and lead projects. Quick question for you - click here
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization.
- Bilingual preferred.
