Job Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Materials Analyst you are considered a professional in the Supply Chain Project Management space with comprehensive and thorough knowledge to function in complex planning activities. To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive experience in supplier management and in-depth supply chain knowledge. You will be responsible for functioning as a liaison between suppliers and internal Bonduelle customers to drive supplier inventory management, supplier performance, and end-of-life projects that impact organizational KPIs and financial results. The scope will also focus on developing an in-depth understanding of other business areas including, but not limited to, supply planning, material optimization, inventory planning, systems/data management, reporting/analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position will report to the National Manager, Supply Chain Projects.
Ideally, you will be based in our Swedesboro or Florence, NJ plant, however, we may also consider an outstanding candidate located near our plant in Irwindale, CA. This is a hybrid role typically working 3 days per week in the plant and 2 days remotely. You will remain flexible with your schedule, however, to meet demands.

What you will do:
- Act as a liaison and communicate performance needs to suppliers, procurement, and supply chain leadership
- Document the features and benefits of products and services
- Involved in negotiating favorable procurement contracts with regard to service expectations
- Leverage supplier scorecard to measure performance that drives on-time delivery, order fulfillment, quality, and pricing targets weekly
- Monitor the company's demand for products to avoid supply shortages or obsolete inventory
- Stay abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities in the industry
- Support and influence business decisions related to planning for core inventory levels of LTO, strategic customers, and unique ingredients
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to execute planning decisions and action items
- Monitor and manage capacity of inventory in relation to demand of customer orders for multiple products or sites
- Set stock levels and monitor inventory health for multiple products and suppliers, along with managing the shelf life of the material
- Gain cross-collaborative impact assessments within Supply Chain teams and provide organizational feedback in situations of crisis, emergencies, and impact
- Apply supply chain planning practices and procedures to identify areas of improvement

Desired Qualifications
What you will need:
Minimum qualifications:
- Higher education level or 2+ years of experience in Procurement or Supplier Management
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; we may consider outstanding experience in lieu of a degree Quick question for you - click here
- 5 years of work experience preferably in procurement or continuous improvement role
- Functional expertise and knowledge of ERP software – JDE, SAP, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, building dashboards, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.), Google Suite, Tableau
- Business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge
- Advanced analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough; a versatile, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Desired qualifications:
- APICS Certification or other accredited Supply Chain Certification highly preferred
- Some supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent understanding of tools and systems supporting Supply Planning processes (e.g., JDE, Oracle Tools, MRP, ERP, Supply Chain Design Tools, Six Sigma)
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
